In this impromptu photoshoot, I explored the dramatic power of color and its absence.
With the help of a couple of my friends, especially the model Brendon Murzello, who is also an artist exploring the world of modelling and videography, "Candlelit Newspapers" is a study of contrasts, focusing on the dynamic between stark monochrome and arresting primary red, with the addition of a singular candlelight effect incorporated in a few of the pictures.
